For people traveling out of New York this winter, whose faces may need lifting along with their spirits, Norwegian Cruise Line has a new service available to their passengers: facial aesthetic treatments with Botox, Restylane and Perlane are being offered in its on-board spas.

The treatments already are offered on the Norwegian Spirit, Gem and Dawn, all of which have cruises departing from Manhattan this fall and winter, but recently, as demand grew, so did the availability of the service.

The Botox treatments involve botulism injections to soften facial wrinkles. Restylane and Perlane are dermal fillers that can reduce lines and provide fullness to the skin.

Guests schedule a 30-minute consultation with the physician on-board who creates an individualized plan. Restylane and Perlane treatments start at $700. Botox treatments start at $300 a session.
